Smoke Suppressant HR-99 is low cost antimony flame retardant that has been proven to be a cost effective replacement for antimony trioxide in many formulated plastics.

Applications :
Smoke Suppressant HR-99 is compatible with and does not adversely affect the flame retardant properties of other flame retardants additives. It can be used in conjunction with antimony oxide, aluminium trihydrate, Zinc borate, phosphate plasticizers and halogenated organics to achieve the desired balance of flame resistance and processing characteristics.

Smoke Suppressant HR-99 is an effective replacement for Antimony Trioxide for manufacturing of FR grade PVC Cables and Compounds, PVC Sheets & Profiles, Artificial Leather cloth and EPDM rubber. Added advantage, it increases the thermal stability and produces lower smoke compared to Antimony Trioxide (ATO) in FR grade PVC compounds.

Packaging :
Packed in 25 kilograms moisture proof multiwall paper bags, 40 bags per pallet. Each pallet is stretch wrapped in polyethylene to prevent shifting of the bags during transit.

Storage & Handling Precautions :
The use of proper protective equipment is recommended. Excess exposure to the product should be avoided. Wash thoroughly after handling. Store the product in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible materials.
